Solange Fashion – Returns & Exchanges

That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and you may need to return or exchange an item. This policy explains how we handle those situations in a clear and simple way.

1. Returns & Exchanges Overview
If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your package. Requests made after this period won’t be accepted.
To qualify, items must be returned in their original state — unused, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
2. Steps to Return or Exchange an Item
To begin the process, please follow these instructions:
- Email us at support@solange-fashion.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and a brief explanation.
- Our support team will review your request and send you the return details, including the shipping address.
- Repack the item(s) securely and include your invoice or a note with your order number.
- Send the package to the address provided.
Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll proceed with your refund or exchange if everything meets our requirements.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued within 2 business days after we receive your return.
- The amount will be sent back using the original payment method.
- Shipping fees from the original order are not refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us right away at support@solange-fashion.com.
We’ll take care of the return shipping and offer you either a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.
