Shipping Policy – Solange Fashion

Key Delivery Details

We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below is an overview of our shipping timelines:

  • Order cut-off time: 05:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney)
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping time: 4–6 business days
  • Estimated total delivery time: 5–8 business days

We offer free shipping on all orders within the Australia.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at support@solange-fashion.com.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. However, you can still return the item in line with our Return Policy. Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the item is defective or there was an error on our side.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered (such as the wrong size or color), please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@solange-fashion.com .

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you, including covering return shipping if needed.


Delivery Delays

Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days from the purchase date.

If your order hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, we recommend waiting an additional 2–3 business days in case of unexpected courier delays.
